John started out as a Graphic Designer, learning mad photoshop skills, the intricacies of digital media, printing and what it takes to make an image spectacular. He studied light, composition and color  and always with a camera in hand as a hobby. He began creating his own images to accompany his designs and soon his passion became his profession. Ever since, his camera hasn't been far away and photography is who he is. 

John is a full-service photographer capable of all your needs including everything from large-scale marketing and promotional images to portraits and products. John specializes in lifestyle photography with a special affinity for the outdoors and the people and products that make it more accessible.  Not everyone enjoys hiking up the side of a mountain with 100 pounds of gear on their backs in the dead of winter, but then again, not everyone is John Swee.
